House Plants & Biofeedback
Welcome to House-Plants.info!
Have you ever wondered what makes a “bare” room appear, well, bare? Possibly, but even if fully clothed, as it were, the room would still be unfinished and unadorned, like a bride without a bouquet, unless some plants were present. Many "plant people" feel a connection, a 'biofeedback effect' if you will, when around plants. Biofeedback possibly acts as a long range 'radar' between living things. Modern biofeedback devices and biofeedback training is available, but the biofeedback provided by flowers might be all we, as humans, need. Flowering plants or foliage plants as house plants, no matter how small, transform the room into “living” quarters and add that quality which makes it look “homey.” Although it is true that our modern homes and apartments do not present the most ideal conditions for house plants, nevertheless, the observance of common rules for their care will result in most satisfactory growth and lasting qualities. The requirements for house plants which we are going to deal with are light, moisture, temperature, air, soils and pest control. Healthy house plants are happy house plants! Fountains are great for adding moisture.
On this website, you'll find a wealth of information to help you select, grow, and propagate healthy house plants.
